Yes, we kindly request a minimum purchase of two bottles per order.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $300. For orders falling below this value, a flat shipping fee of $20 (tax included) will be applied.

We partner with Canada Post or local couriers, depending on your delivery destination.

Orders are processed and readied for shipment from Monday to Friday, typically within five to ten business days. For orders beyond major centers in Southern Ontario, Canada Post will handle the delivery, with timeframes varying based on distance. If you provide an email address during your purchase, you'll receive a Shipping Notification from either Canada Post or our local courier. (Be sure to check your spam folder as tracking emails sometimes land there.)

While we do ship via Canada Post, we recommend that customers outside major Southern Ontario centers place orders before November's end or wait until spring. This helps avoid potential freezing during transit.

After placing your order, expect an email confirmation. If it's missing, check your spam folder. Both our courier and Canada Post will send you tracking information once your order is en route.

For security and legal reasons, your wine cannot be left unattended. Should you miss the Canada Post delivery, a pickup notice will guide you to the nearest postal outlet. Should you miss our courier, they will make a second effort to deliver to you and will be in contact with you. Please note, a recipient 19 years or older must sign for the order, which is why we suggest using a business address for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Our wines are available for purchase online, select restaurants, certain wine stores. Kirby Estate wines are not available in the LCBO.

We accept most major credit cards.  Licensees should create an account here. Once you have done that contact us with your Licensee number to establish an account prior to order.

Unfortunately the winery is not open to the public and is still under development.  We hope to offer select groups “by appointment” tastings in the future.  Please indicate the nature of your interest on the website page.

Our winery is located along the Four Mile Creek in the Niagara Lakeshore sub-appellation.

While we don't have a formal wine club at present, subscribing to our email list ensures you'll be the first to know about new wine releases and exclusive events.  It will allow us to offer you priority allocations of limited production releases in the future. Stay tuned for future subscription options!
